Sprava za zadnju ložu – Lying Leg Curl | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Lying Leg Curl by Apollon Fitness Vantis is a professional leg curl machine designed for performing leg curls in a prone position. The flexion movement at the knee primarily engages the hamstrings – the muscles at the back of the thighs, while the stable body position allows for a focused and controlled workout of this important muscle group.

The machine's design allows the user to lie on the padded surface, while the lower legs are placed against large padded rollers. Curling the legs toward the back of the body activates the hamstrings, and the stable position of the torso contributes to controlled movement and better concentration on the targeted musculature.

Independent levers for the left and right leg allow for isolated limb work, so the exercise can be performed with both legs simultaneously or individually. This design provides greater training flexibility and allows the user to pay special attention to each leg.

The machine uses a plate-loaded resistance system, which allows for easy intensity adjustment by adding weight plates to the designated pegs. The independent lever system further allows for weight adjustment for the left and right sides according to training needs.

Large padded rollers for the lower legs ensure comfortable contact during curls, while the spacious padded support provides a stable surface for proper body positioning. Handgrips allow for additional stabilization of the upper body during more demanding sets.

Robust construction, a stable base, and a high-quality lever mechanism are adapted for intensive daily use. The combination of plate-loaded resistance and independent leg operation makes this machine a functional choice for serious hamstring training and complete leg muscle development.

The Lying Leg Curl is an important part of a professionally equipped lower-body training zone and is suitable for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces.

As part of professional Apollon Fitness equipment, this leg curl machine combines functional biomechanics, the possibility of unilateral training, stability, and the practicality required for intensive commercial use.
