Lateral Super Incline Chest Press – kosa sprava za potisak za grudi | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Lateral Super Incline Chest Press by Apollon Fitness Vantis is a professional plate-loaded chest press machine, designed for powerful and controlled upper body training. The specific seat position and high incline backrest, combined with the lever-based pressing system, direct the movement primarily to the upper chest muscles, with significant engagement of the anterior deltoids and triceps.

The characteristic super incline pressing path represents a more pronounced incline variant of the chest press movement. The body position and the trajectory of the levers allow for a combination of elements from an incline chest press and an overhead-angle press, making this machine an excellent choice for developing the upper region of the pectoralis major and overall upper body pressing strength.

The high upholstered backrest provides stable back support during the exercise, while the seat enables proper user positioning relative to the handles and lever path. The supported position reduces the need for additional core stabilization and allows for greater focus on a controlled press.

The lever arms with ergonomically positioned handles allow for a natural movement path from the starting position to the final contraction. The construction provides stability during repetitions and is suitable both for controlled hypertrophy sets and strength training with progressive load increases.

The machine uses a plate-loaded weight system, with pegs for Olympic plates. The user can easily adjust the weight by adding or removing plates, enabling progressive training for different strength and experience levels.

Integrated storage horns for Olympic weight plates are included on the frame, allowing for organized plate storage right next to the machine. This contributes to a tidier training space and more practical weight changes between sets.

Robust metal construction, a stable base, high-quality upholstery, and a sturdy lever system make this machine suitable for intensive daily use. The Apollon Fitness Lateral Super Incline Chest Press is a high-quality addition to a classic Chest Press, Incline Chest Press, and other machines for a complete chest, shoulder, and triceps workout.

It is intended for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces that require a premium plate-loaded machine for developing the upper chest musculature.
