Back Machine – Iso-Lateral High Row | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Iso-Lateral High Row by Apollon Fitness is a professional plate-loaded back machine designed for powerful and controlled high-position pulling movements. The specific movement path primarily engages the latissimus dorsi and upper back muscles, with additional involvement of the biceps, rear deltoids, trapezius, and rhomboid muscles.

The characteristic biomechanics of the High Row movement combine elements of vertical pulling and rowing. The handles are positioned above the user, and during the exercise, the levers are pulled downwards and towards the body. This path allows for strong contraction of the back musculature and makes the machine an excellent choice for developing width, strength, and overall back musculature.

The Iso-Lateral system of independent levers allows the left and right sides to perform movements independently. This design enables balanced loading of both sides of the body, better movement control, and quality unilateral training when the user wishes to work with one arm.

The machine uses a Plate Loaded resistance system, meaning the weight is adjusted by adding plates to the designated carriers. This method of loading provides simple progressive weight increase and is particularly suitable for serious strength and hypertrophy training in professional gyms.

The seated position provides the user with a stable base for performing the exercise, while the body support contributes to proper positioning during the pull. Multiple available grip positions allow for adjusting hand placement and movement execution to individual preferences and training programs.

Robust construction, quality components, and a stable lever system are adapted to the demands of intense daily use. Integrated weight plate storage holders further facilitate space organization and ensure that the necessary plates are readily available next to the machine.

APOLLON Iso-Lateral High Row back machine is a quality choice for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training facilities where functionality, stability, durability, and premium quality fitness equipment are important.
