Back Extension Device – Selectorized Back Extension | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Selectorized Back Extension from Apollon Fitness is a professional back extension machine designed for controlled strengthening of the lower back muscles and the posterior kinetic chain. During the exercise, the erector spinae muscles are primarily engaged, while the gluteal and core muscles support movement stabilization.

The seated position allows for stable torso extension with precisely controlled resistance. Upholstered supports help proper user positioning, while the machine's construction guides the movement along a defined path. This way, the user can focus on activating the back muscles without the need to balance free weights.

Selectorized Back Extension offers a practical solution for lower back training in professional gyms. Controlled extension allows for gradual increase in resistance and adjustment of intensity to different fitness levels, making this machine a useful addition to the back training zone and the entire posterior chain.

The integrated selectorized system with weight blocks allows for quick adjustment of the working weight using a pin. The user can easily change the resistance between sets, without loading and unloading weights, which contributes to practicality and more efficient user flow in commercial gyms and fitness centers.

Robust construction, stable base, quality components, and durable upholstery are adapted to the demands of intense daily use. Ergonomically arranged supports and a stable body position provide a secure foundation for controlled repetitions, while the premium finish contributes to the professional look of the training area.

Apollon Fitness Selectorized Back Extension is intended for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training facilities that require a reliable and functional machine for targeted lower back strengthening.
