Konstrukcija mašine i položaj ručki omogućavaju prirodan opseg pokreta koji primarno angažuje deltoidne mišiće ramena, uz dodatno uključivanje tricepsa tokom vežbe.
The APOLLON Horizontal Leg Press by Apollon Fitness is a professional leg press machine designed for powerful and controlled presses from a seated position. The exercise primarily engages the quadriceps, glutes, and hamstrings, making this machine a key station for a complete lower body workout.
The horizontal configuration allows the user to perform presses by resting their feet on a large platform, while the backrest and seat provide a stable upper body position. This position allows attention to be focused on controlled extension in the knee and hip joints, with stability throughout the entire repetition.
The large foot platform provides ample space for foot positioning and allows the user to assume a stable position before starting the movement. The machine's construction is designed to provide a firm base during the press, which is especially important when training large and powerful lower body muscle groups.
The weight selection system allows for quick adjustment of resistance without the need for manually adding weights. This makes the Horizontal Leg Press a practical solution for commercial gyms, where users of varying fitness levels often rotate on the same machine.
Robust construction, a stable base, high-quality upholstered seat and backrest, and reliable components are adapted for intensive daily use. The ergonomic user position and functionally arranged elements contribute to comfort, stability, and ease of use during leg workouts.
The APOLLON Horizontal Leg Press is an excellent choice for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces that require a high-quality and reliable leg machine. The combination of functionality, stability, premium craftsmanship, and easy adjustment makes it an important part of a modernly equipped lower body training zone.
