Hek čučanj – Hack Squat | Apollon Fitness

APOLLON Hack Squat from the professional PRO series by Apollon Fitness is a high-quality hack squat machine designed for powerful and controlled lower body training. The movement primarily engages the quadriceps, with significant involvement of the glutes and hamstrings, while the machine’s guided path provides stability during the exercise.

The angled body position and large foot platform allow the user to maintain a stable stance and perform the squat along a controlled trajectory. The back support and shoulder pads further stabilize the body, allowing focus to be shifted entirely to the leg muscles without the need to balance the load as in a free-weight squat.

The large foot platform provides space to adjust foot placement according to individual body structure and training technique. By changing foot position, it is possible to alter the load distribution among the lower body muscle groups, making the Hack Squat a highly effective machine for developing leg strength and muscle mass.

The machine uses a plate-loaded resistance system, with weight horns that allow for easy addition and removal of plates according to the desired training intensity. The guided motion system contributes to stable and uniform repetition execution, which is especially significant in professional gyms where the machine is used daily by trainees of varying fitness levels.

The robust construction, stable base, and high-quality components are tailored to the demands of intensive commercial use. The sturdy build ensures safety when working with heavier loads, while the ergonomic supports contribute to comfortable and correct positioning of the user during training.

As part of the Apollon Fitness PRO series, this Hack Squat leg machine represents an excellent choice for professional and commercial gyms, fitness centers, hotel gyms, and other professional training spaces that require a reliable machine for intensive training of the quadriceps, glutes, and the entire lower body musculature.
