For the market of the Republic of Serbia, prices are displayed in Serbian Dinars (RSD).
For the Montenegrin market, prices are displayed in Euros (EUR).
Displayed retail prices include VAT, where applicable.
Delivery costs may be calculated separately and are displayed to the buyer during the purchase process when standard delivery can be calculated in advance.
For professional equipment, larger quantities of equipment, and bulky orders, transport costs may be determined individually.
6. OBVIOUS ERRORS IN PRICES AND DATA

In the event of an obvious error, the buyer will be informed without delay and, when necessary, will be allowed to confirm the purchase according to the correct information or to cancel the order.

11. RECEIPT OF SHIPMENT
The buyer is advised to inspect the condition of the transport packaging upon receipt.
If there is visible significant damage, signs of opening, or other indications that may suggest damage to the contents, we recommend that the buyer points this out to the delivery person and contacts us as soon as possible.
12. COMPLAINTS AND NON-CONFORMITY
The consumer has the right to file a complaint in case of non-conformity of goods and in other cases provided by applicable regulations.

Any diminution in value is determined according to the circumstances of the specific case and in accordance with the law.
15. RETURNING GOODS
The buyer should not, on their own initiative, send the product to the seller's registered address.
Before sending goods due to withdrawal, complaint, or other approved return, it is necessary to contact the appropriate customer support to obtain instructions and the correct return address.

When professional equipment is acquired by a legal entity or entrepreneur within their business or professional activity, the rights provided exclusively for consumers by consumer protection regulations do not apply to such a purchase.
The conditions for reporting and resolving defects, warranties, services, parts replacement, and other requirements related to professional equipment are governed by individual offers, contracts, warranty conditions, or other documentation accompanying the specific purchase, in accordance with applicable regulations.
For professional equipment manufactured or configured according to the buyer's special requirements, including the choice of frame colour, upholstery, finish, dimensions, configuration, or other specifically agreed characteristics, the conditions agreed for the specific order and relevant applicable regulations apply.
Due to the dimensions and weight of professional equipment, special transport, unloading, carrying in, and installation may be required. These services are included in the price only when explicitly stated in the specific offer or order.
17. PURCHASE BY LEGAL ENTITIES

25. APPLICABLE REGULATIONS
Purchases for the market of the Republic of Serbia are subject to the relevant applicable regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
